Your Membership
I, the Member, agree to an annual membership fee to be paid to RTR Club, whether in full or in 12 monthly installments.

I agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this membership agreement, as well as vehicle rental agreements and clubhouse rental agreements.

I agree to be an active member and to uphold RTR Club values - Family, Commitment and Adventure. I agree to use my membership, the clubhouse and club vehicles in ways that honor and strengthen culture, community, family and marriage.

Membership Payment
By providing my payment details, I accept and consent to being charged an annual membership fee or 12 monthly membership fee, and add-on fees when applicable.

Membership add-ons available, but not guaranteed, include: (i) add a vehicle rental, (ii) add miles, (iii) add a tank fill-up at rental check-out, (iv) add a clubhouse rental, (v) add an event admission.

I accept and consent that it is within RTR Club's discretion to amend membership fees and add-on fees at any time, and that I will notified in advance if there are to be any changes to the amount, date or frequency of the payment of my membership fees. I understand that failure to pay the monthly subscription (or any installment thereof) within one month of the due date will result in my membership being terminated and the remaining monthly installed to be paid in full immediately.

I accept and consent that any and all fees paid to RTR Club, including but not limited to, monthly membership fees, vehicle rental fees, and Drive Membership fees are not refundable under any circumstances and regardless of whether RTR Club terminates my membership.
